Client

Pryon AI is a leader in enterprise AI management, offering a specialized Natural Language Processing (NLP) system. This system is most commonly used by large corporations, and it allows employees to query information about company guidelines and handbooks through an intuitive chat interface, optimizing efficiency and saving valuable time.

Project Overview

Problem

While excelling in user interactions, Pryon lacked a dashboard for managers to track question trends, assess feedback, and edit answers.

Project Goal

The project aimed to categorize questions, implement tiered management systems, and create user-friendly interfaces for a seamless and enjoyable dashboard experience.

Solution

To address these goals, we implemented a robust question categorization system and introduced tiered management features. The dashboard now boasts intuitive and delightful interfaces for managers, ensuring a streamlined and enjoyable user experience.

Discovery and Ideation

Defining Personas

We crafted distinct user personas for frontline (Collections Dashboard), middle (Solutions Dashboard), and executive managers (Orginizational Dashboard) to better understand their unique goals and challenges. Frontline managers needed real-time insights and streamlined communication, while middle managers sought sophisticated analytics and team coordination tools. At the executive level, our focus was on high-level insights and an interface for strategic trend and data digestion. This tailored approach ensures that Pryon's dashboard system meets the specific needs of each managerial tier, enhancing overall efficiency across the organization.

Iterations

Our team conducted a comprehensive exploration of different iterations and data presentations. After careful consideration, we identified a style most efficient for individual manager's style and needs.

Wireframes

Following the iterations on the Collections dashboard, we initiated the development of low-fidelity wireframes tailored to each managerial level. These wireframes aim to deliver the specific functionalities required for each managerial operation tier.

Final Results

Pryon's intuitive dashboard designs empowers managers to effortlessly monitor employee inquiries, analyze workplace trends, and seamlessly edit responses. This streamlined process significantly enhances time efficiency for managers. Managers can get a top level view of employee activity, as well as browse all documents in their collection, and see their performance. They have the option to easily edit, delete or replace documents that are underperforming.
